rpass will create a random word of the specified length.  The random word
could contain upper and lower case letters as well as numbers and some
"special" characters.

	usage: rpass [length]
		if no length is specified, password will be 8 characters
		minimum length is 3 characters, no maxium

	example:
		#> rpass
